In more than twenty years of operating on the market, we have been confronted with many smaller or larger challenges. The experience we have gained so far entitles us to declare that not every investor is ready to take responsibility for his project to such an extent that his vision becomes feasible and can be “brought to life”.
We are happy to assume the position of a mentor in a situation where our advice and experience are welcome. However, we cannot “bend space-time”, nor use shortcuts where a standard procedure is required, while respecting laws, standards or concluded agreements.
We want our business to make sense. In our opinion, it is not only the goal itself that is important, but also the path we take to reach it. So we are not asking for a reward for work not done; however, it is necessary to respect that an hour of time is also an hour of life and it has a high value for us.
